Retail Sales Agent (Kingston, Jamaica) - Digicel

Primary objective of the job:

• Ensure that all sales targets are met through sales activities, from lead generation to close of sale.  Ensure that there is customer satisfaction and revenue generation in line with company vision and values.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Engage with new and prospective customers to promote Digicel+ Home Services      
• and drive uptake. This includes participating in promotional activities.

 

• Daily interaction with competitor’s customers to persuade switch to Digicel’s network.

 

• Provide feedback on customer interactions and all sales completed

 

Academic qualifications and experience required for job:

• Minimum of five CXC subjects inclusive of a numeric subject
• Information Technology certification is an asset
• School Leavers Certificate
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
