Job Summary

Carry out extensive marketing activities to include presentations, appearance at events, public speaking, personal selling, target audiences etc in an effort to sell the various loan products of the company.

Key Responsibilities/Functions

• Organize and execute extensive marketing activities to meet loan targets every month.
• Relay to customers efficiently and effectively the company's loan products and services.
• Increase the company's loan portfolio.
• Provides marketing tracking and research information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends in the microfinance sector.

Field Credit Officer's Skills and Requirements

• Analytical Skills.
• Effective Written and Oral Communication Skills.
• Organization Skills, General Math Skills, Data Entry Skills, Microsoft Office Skills and Financial Skills.
• Exceptional Customer Service Skills.
