Dean of Discipline

Experience in teaching and management at the secondary level will be an asset plus

Required Competencies:

Possession of excellent oral and written skills.
Capacity to be a team Player.
Ability to provide a supportive role to the Principal.
Ability to analyze, prioritize and complete work with little supervision within the agreed timeline.
Ability to communicate effectively with parents, teachers, students and the community.
Capacity to demonstrate flexible and creative management of disciplinary issues.
Capacity to development effective reporting mechanisms.
