Required Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:

• Good writing and oral communication skills
• Ability to prepare legal documents, Agreements, Court Briefs, as appropriate/directed under the guidance of the Attorneys in the firm
• Ability to manage the calendar of appointments and Court scheduling on behalf of the Attorneys in the firm
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other software/applications appropriate to assigned responsibilities
• Working knowledge of Conveyancing, Estates and Civil Procedure; legal documents preparation

Minimum Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of four (4) CXC passes including English and Electronic Document Preparation & Management
• Minimum of three (3) years related work experience

Or

• Diploma in Paralegal training 
• Minimum of three (3) years related work experience

Maintenance Manager (Kingston, Jamaica) - Mother's

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our Senior Management team as a Maintenance Manager, the successful candidate should be innovative, performance-driven and have a record of achievement in effective leadership in order to meet the objectives of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate, implement and manage company-wide maintenance program, with an emphasis on planning/scheduling and preventive maintenance
• Maintain, control and monitor the use and inventions of spare parts, tools, maintenance supplies, and equipment and initiate reordering when necessary
• Prepare reports, analyze data, and make recommendations for improving operations and solving maintenance related problems in factory and all locations island-wide
• Manage capital projects
• Manage a team of technicians and contractors to achieve efficiency in repairs

Qualifications, Experience and Key Competencies:

• Tertiary qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Operations Management
• Minimum of five (5) years managerial experience in a manufacturing or service industry
• Working knowledge of refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and general equipment/machinery operations
• Possess track record in service management
• Demonstrated negotiation and implementation skills

Experience in an ISO 9001:2008 environment or company with multiple locations will be a distinct advantage.
