• Firearm Permit (for armed officers)
• Birth Certificate
• Valid Picture ID (Driver's License, Passport, National ID)
• Two (2) reference letters (JP, Police Superintendent, School Principal. Lawyer, Doctor)
• Basic Security Training Certificate would be an asset.
• TRN and NIS
• PSRA Card if already licensed
• Basic Security Training Certificate would be an asset
• Police Report (if not already licensed)

Primary Responsibilities include:

• Greeting visitors and customers in a pleasant and professional manner
• Direct incoming and outgoing calls in an efficient and professional manner
• Receive and communicate messages and orders
• Receiving, sorting and distributing mail
• Filing and organizing correspondence
• Maintaining safety and hygiene standards by following procedures of the reception area

The ideal candidate should have:

• High School diploma with at least five (5) CXC passes inclusive of English Language
• At least two (2) years experience in a similar capacity 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications
• Pleasant personality with great communication and customer service skills
