- Proven work experience as a Salon Receptionist, Front Desk Representative or similar role.
- High school diploma
- Minimum three (4) CXC passes
- Hands-on experience with office equipment, printers and POS system
- Familiarity with processing transactions
- Excellent communication abilities (verbal, phone and email) with a customer service oriented attitude
- Solid organizational and record-keeping skills
