• Team Leader (Store)
• Customer Service Associate

Team Leader (Store)

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Organize the team to meet the daily needs of the store/location
• Monitor team performance and report on metrics

Knowledge and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field
• Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor

Key Competencies:

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Developed decision-making and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications

Customer Service Associate

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Maintain knowledge of current products, sales and promotion policies

Knowledge and Skills:

• High school education with CSEC passes Mathematics and English Language
• Work experience in Sales and/or Customer Service is advantageous

Key Competencies:

• Have high emotional intelligence and great people skills
• Have great written and oral communication skills
