Concierge Officer (Kingston, Jamaica) - Tony Thwaites Wing (UHWI)

The Tony Thwaites Wing is looking for a dynamic, outgoing and personable candidate to fill the position of Concierge Officer.

Requirements:

• A minimum of two (2) years experience in the healthcare/customer service or hospitality industry
• Associate degree or equivalent certification
• Must be passionate about delivering excellent customer service
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal confidently and courteously with individuals at all levels

Duties and responsibilities:

• Coordinate concierge services for local and international patients and their families
• Act as liaison between the administrative and nursing staff regarding the customer service needs of patients and their families
