Ideal candidates will possess

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounts, Marketing or Banking
• Three (3) years work experience in loan underwriting, sales and marketing
• Experience in loan underwriting, collections and marketing 
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Professional values and attitudes suitable for a financial institution
• Assertive and persevering attitude
