Kitchen Team Leader

The ideal candidate must:

• Have attained qualificatons in the culinary arts at the level of a chef de partie or Food and Beverage Management
• Proven management and leadership abilities
• Have international exposure to and expertise in European, Asian, Caribbean and general continental cuisine
• Have a minimum of two (2) years experience in a similar position
• Be able to monitor and control food cost
• Be able to lead, train and motivate team
• Have a sound knowledge of portion control, butchery and sanitation
• Have excellent customer service skills and the ability to relate well with persons at all levels
• Have a positive work ethic and attitude
• Be computer literate
• Be able to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
• Experience in pantry would be an asset
