The Royal Jamaica Yacht Club (RJYC) is a private member's club located at Palisadoes Park, Kingston. As a RJYC team member, you'll work in a dynamic multi-faceted organization that provides services to its members and their pleasure crafts (boats, yachts). We are seeking to recruit suitability qualified candidates for the positions of:
- Secretary
- Hospitality Manager
- Marina Superintendent
Secretary
- Corporate Secretary or commensurate experience operating at that level
- At least three (3) years experience in corporate matters and management
Hospitality Manager
- Degree in hospitality related field
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Impeccable leadership, problem solving and team building skills
- Able to work long hours and on weekends
- Possess a valid driver's license, own a reliable motor vehicle
Marina Superintendent
- Degree in marina related field would be an asset
- General knowledge of marina operations
- Good problem solving skills and ability to multitask
- Must be able to effectively delegate and manage delegated tasks
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
