Tracks and Records Kingston and Montego Bay is currently seeking vibrant, personable and well trained individuals to fill the positions of:

• Runners (Kingston)
• Sanitation Clerks (Kingston)
• Hostesses (Kingston)
• Bartenders (Kingston)
• Kitchen Supervisors (Kingston)
• Housekeeper (Kingston)
• Cooks (Kingston & Montego Bay)
• Administrative Assistant (Montego Bay)

Requirements:

• Two (2) years experience in restaurant operations
• Food handler's permit
• Ability to perform well under pressure
• Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy
• Ability to follow instructions thoroughly
• A good understanding of customer needs and expectations
• Has a passion for the food and hospitality industry
• Ability to skillfully address guest issues that may arise
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English
• Is energetic and self-motivated
• Experienced in sales and customer service
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, late shifts and public holidays

The incumbent will be responsible for their daily tasks while maintaining high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction.
