Sales Representative (Jamaica - island-wide) - Guardsman Group

Guardsman Group Limited, the leading security solutions provider in Jamaica and the Caribbean, requires suitably qualified candidates for the following posts:

Sales Representative 

(All island)

Candidates should be goal oriented individuals with a proven track record of strategically building sales and developing new business opportunities for the Group.

Responsibilities:

• Attain new business to meet sales targets 
• Manage an ongoing sales pipeline
• Update the Group Sales Manager of field findings, sales updates and reports
• Participate in sales meetings
• Represent the company at various meetings to promote the diverse products and services within the Group
• Respond to and follow up on sales inquiries
• Communicate, liaise and negotiate to foster and maintain exceptional customer relationships

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years quota driven experience in sales
• Have natural passion and disposition for sales
• Bachelor's degree in sales and marketing or similar qualifications would be an asset
• Must be the holder of a valid driver's license and a reliable motor vehicle
• Experience in sales negotiation
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications
• Self-motivated and possess ability to work on own initiative
