Farm Manager
Candidates must:
- Have good communication skills
- Be customer service oriented
- Be detail oriented and have the capacity to undertake a high responsibility
- Be self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Be a resident of St. Mary ir eastern St. Ann
- Have at least two (2) years experience in a related position
- Valid driver's license
- Able to live on property
- Arrange the maintenance and repair of farm buildings, machinery and equipment
- Demonstrated experience in project management including planning and reporting
- Ability to lead, motivate and train team members; to establish peiorities and manage competing deadlines for self and others
