Job Summary

The Cabin Attendant is responsible for ensuring safety and well-being of our onboard passengers. He/she must also deliver the ultimate customer experience by providing a consistent in-flight passenger service which is efficient, courteous, prompt, and always on brand.

Key Deliverables:
  • Possess a minimum of five (5) CSEC/CXC/GCE Ordinary level passes including English and Mathematics or a high school diploma from an accredited institution
  • Two (3) years customer service experience
  • A Flight Attendant Swimming Certificate or a valid swimminv certificate at level IV crom a recognised swimming school
  • A valid First Aid certificate from a recognised institution
  • Measure a minimum height of 5'3" (without shoes) and a msximum height of 6'2" (with shoes with weight proportionate to height)
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written)
  • Proficiency in Spanish (speaking) is an asset)
  • Basic competency in Microsoft Office applications, in particular MS Word and MS Excel; and 
  • Possession of a valid Jamaican passport
  • A police certificate of character no older than three (3) months


Position Specification:
You must be able to identify potentially hazardous situations and take the appropriate action to maintain a safe envitonment. You must demonstrate a strong customer service orientation and the ability to work to collaboratively with others to ac eve goals. You must demonstrate excellent English Language proficiency for clear and effective communication with team members and passengers. Your ability to exercise judgement, reasoning skills and manage stressful situations must also be at a high standard. You must be able work a flexibke schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
