• Minimum of three (3) years supervisory experience in a similar position 
• Must possess commensurate qualifications 
• Excellent written and oral communication skills 
• Unquestionable integrity 
• Passion for service and strong team player attributes 
• Able to work on shifts, holidays and weekends (when assigned)
