Goddard Catering Group (Jamaica) Limited, a subsidiary of Goddard Enterprises is seeking a dynamic and results oriented Sous Chef to be a part of its production team in Kingston.
The Sous Chef will report to the Executive Chef.

Applicants should possess the following:
- Tertiary level education in Food Services and Institutional Management with relevant training in sanitation and hygiene in the food industry
- A strong culinary background
- Supervisory experience with the ability to train and motivate staff
- Well developed oral and written communication skills
- Well developed leadership qualities
- Willingness to work flexible hours, public holidays and weekends
- Holder of a valid food handler's permit
- Computer literacy
- Experience in offsite events catering
- Knowledge of cost control and ability to manage food costs
- Experience in customer service techniques and a good knowledge of the food service industry
