Credit Officer (Kingston, Jamaica)

Duties:

• Responsible for the marketing and selling of the company's loan products
• Underwriting micro loan applications and manage a successful loan portfolio
• Meeting set targets through continuous direct marketing and other promotional activities

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting or other relevant field
• One to three (1 - 3) years experience in micro-finance or loan underwriting
• Sales and marketing oriented
• Excellent communication and relationships building skills
• Good analytical, planning and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Results oriented with the ability to work under pressure 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Possess unquestionable integrity with a strong work ethic
• Applicants MUST possess a valid driver's license
• Motor vehicle would be an asset
