Collections Officer
Preference will be given to candidates who present the minimum competence and requirements detailed below:
Required Competencies:
- Attention to detail
- Sound experience in maintaining collections practices
- Sound customer service appreciation and skills
- Excellent working knowledge of the organization's policies and procedures
- Proficiencies in the use of relevant computer applications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good problem solving skills and time management
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in teams
Minimum required education and experience:
- Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
- At least three (3) years relevant experience in the private sector
