Collectors - Kingston and St. Catherine 

Requirements:

• Three (3) years experience in a similar position 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Ownership of a bailiff license would be an asset 
• Ownership of a reliable motor vehicle would be an asset 

Pawnbroker - Kingston 

Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge of pawn shop operations and functions 
• Two (2) to three (3) years experience operating in a similar capacity 
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and sales skills 
• Ability to assess the market value of a wide range of consumer goods in order to determine loan amounts and retail pricing
• Excellent customer service and negotiation skills 
• High level of attention to detail to successfully manage the day-to-day operations of the shop and manage customer loans, pawned items and payments
