Leading Tour Company invites applications from suitably qualified persons to fill the

following position of: Photo Manager

Job Specification:

The Photo Manager is responsible for overseeing the operation of the Photo Department at each Chukka location and any other photo revenue centre that Chukka may have. This person will be responsible for increasing our photo revenue by ensuring that the photo teams are properly trained in both technique and customer service. The manager will work with the Group On Property Revenue Manager (Group OPR Manager) to ensure that all targets are met based on corporate goals.

Job Requirement:

· Tertiary Level Education in Business Administration or Related Discipline

· A certification in photography or at least 3 years experience in photography

· Good computational skills

· Must have good verbal, oral and written communication skills

· Knowledge of principles for providing exemplary customer service

· Knowledge of computers and electronics

· Ability to work under pressure

· Ability to handle complaint and resolve issues

· High professional and ethical standards

· Must be able to work on own initiative

· Ability to work weekends and after business hours when required

The incumbent will be responsible for:

· Ensure that each photo desk is equipped with the necessary tools to ensure maximum revenue.

· Ensure that each location is adequately staffed and that the hours of operation are properly maintained.

· Ensure that the team is trained on how to use the equipment so that equipment is never abused.

· Ensure that the photo desks are clean and properly maintained.

· Ensure that the photo teams are trained with excellent customer service skills.

. Prepare reports daily, weekly and monthly in a timely fashion as requested by the Group OPR Manager

. Enforce all monetary policies and procedures

· Ensure that all photo activity is correctly recorded and logged

· Responsible for completing operational assessments

· Implement on going on location initiatives and incentives

· Design marketing packages and promotions to ensure that OPR achieves their targets

· Submit photos on a weekly basis to the Group OPR Manager to review quality of product
