Requirements:
- Baking technology certificate or equivalent
- Experience in bakery operations and product development
- Knowledge of food chemistry
- Advanced baking skills
- Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Minimum of five (5) years experience in a similar or related position
Responsibilities:
- Perform test bake of JF Mills main products
- Carry out assessment and scoring of the finished products
- Assist with product development projects
- Conduct special tests in order to diagnose customers' complaint
- Conduct experiments aimed at ascertaining the shelf life of products
- Perform quality checks on baked products and take corrective actions
