Customer Service Agent (Kingston, Jamaica) - Goddard Catering Group (Jamaica) Ltd.

The Customer Service Agent reports to the Shift Manager.

Applicants should possess the following:

• A diploma from a recognized tertiary institution 
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills 
• Ability to work flexible hours including public holidays and weekends 
• Strong leadership skills 
• Strong sense of loyalty, honesty and integrity 
• Excellent team player 
• Computer literacy 

Knowledge of the food industry will be an asset 

Personal Qualities:

• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment 
• Pleasant, confident and helpful mannerism 
• Enjoy working with the public 
• Ability to deal with difficult situations tactfully and diplomatically 
• Smart and professional appearance 

Special Requirements:

General driver's license (minimum weight 4,000 kg or 8,000 lbs)

Perform physical activities such as but not limited to lifting up to 110 lbs unassisted 

Bend, stand, climb or walk on a consistent basis 

Work in extreme weather conditions, such as rain and sun

Work in freezers set at -18 degrees Celsius or 0 degrees Fahrenheit or below

This is a challenging position which is more practical than administrative that offers opportunity for growth and development to the person with dynamism and initiative.
