The ideal candidate should possess:
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- At least one to two (1 - 2) years experience in a similar capacity
- Certificate in sales or customer service or five (5) CXC subjects to include English Language, Mathematics or Accounts
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude
- Ability to liaise between customers, sales representatives and main office
- Ability to work on own initiative and be results oriented/driven
