Cashier (Kingston, Jamaica)

Supermarket seeking a Cashier to perform the following duties:

• Handling and processing of cash, cheque, debit and credit card transactions
• Processing all point of sale transactions in an efficient, accurate, and friendly manner
• Balancing cash flow and making sure that all sales are accounted for at the end of the day 
• Stocking and restocking shelves
• Assisting customers with questions and
• inquiries regarding purchase, product information or store policies

Education:

• Applicant should have a High
• School Diploma or at least 5 CXCs to include English and Mathematics orAccounting

Experience/Skill:

• At least 1 years' experience working in a retail or wholesale environment as a Cashier. 
• Must have practical knowledge in using a cash register.
