A leading restaurant chain is seeking to employ suitably qualified persons to fill positions as Restaurant Managers, Shift Supervisors and Maintenance Technician. The ideal candidates should meet the following requirements:
Restaurant Managers and Shift Supervisors
Our restaurant leaders are required to be customer focused, detail-oriented and excellent communicators who are committed to maintaining high level operating standards. The ideal candidates should also possess:
- Accreditation in Business Management, Food Service, Hospitality Management or related field of study
- Minimum of two (2) years experience leading teams
Maintenance Technician
Requirements:
- Availability and flexibility to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Ability to supervise a team of technicians while ensuring effective preventative maintenance at locations assigned
- Sound understanding of refrigeration, air-conditioning and heating systems
- Ability to accurately read equipment manuals and understand schematic diagrams and install new equipment for optimum functionality
- Working knowledge of electrical maintenance to facilitate effective internal and external lighting systems
- Sound understanding of occupational health and safety standards for restaurant and maintenance of environment
- Excellent problem solving, troubleshooting and interpersonal skills
- Certification in Refrigeration and Air-conditioning with a minimum of five (5) years experience as a Maintenance Technician in a fast-paced environment, preferably the restaurant business
