A well established supermarket is seeking a Customer Service Representative.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Certificate in Management, Administration and/or a minimum of one (1) year supervisory experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Pleasant and friendly personality
- Working knowledge of customer service software
- Strong client-facing, communicating and interaction skills
- Available to work on weekends, public holidays, and able to respond with little notice if required
- Ability to work well under pressure and still maintain the ideal disposition towards assigned duties and responsibilities
