Customer Service Representative (Kingston, Jamaica)

A well established supermarket is seeking a Customer Service Representative.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Certificate in Management, Administration and/or a minimum of one (1) year supervisory experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Pleasant and friendly personality
• Working knowledge of customer service software
• Strong client-facing, communicating and interaction skills
• Available to work on weekends, public holidays, and able to respond with little notice if required
• Ability to work well under pressure and still maintain the ideal disposition towards assigned duties and responsibilities
