Required Qualification and Experience:
Customer Service Representative/Telephone Operator
- Minimum of four (4) CAPE subjects
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
Office Manager
- A first degree from a recognized university
- A minimum of five (6) years experience in a similar capacity
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications
