Chicken & Tings: Kitchen Manager (Kingston, Jamaica)

Chicken and Tings is looking for a Kitchen Manager to supervise daily back of house kitchen operations.

Requirements:

• Two (2) years experience as a kitchen or restaurant manager
• Conflict management abilities
• Flexibility to work late evenings and weekends
• Certification from a culinary school or a degree in restaurant management is a plus.
