Canopy Insurance Limited, jointly owned by GraceKennedy and Musson Group of Companies, is seeking a results oriented insurance agent to join our team. Your primary objective will be to generate new business by contacting potential customers and building last in relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Implementing strategies to sell insurance products
- Contacting potential customers and building rapport
- Appraising the needs of customers and recommending suitable insurance options
- Executing targeted marketing strategies to increase utilization of digital platforms
- Preparing detailed reports on the progress of your sales and marketing initiatives
- Conducting customer satisfaction surveys and presenting same to Management
Requirements:
- Sales license for the Ordinary Long Term (OLT) Insurance from the FSC
- Minimum of three (3) years experience in sales and demonstrated ability to meet sales targets
- Good comprehension of insurance products specifically life insurance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Results oriented
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to build rapport and create long lasting relationships
