 PosttoPost Betting Limited is seeking suitable candidates to fill the position of Customer Service Representative within Kingston & St. Andrew, Ocho Rios, Mandeville, Montego Bay and Linstead regions. The ideal candidate should possess strong oral and written communication skills.

Job Objectives:

• Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
• Collects cash and writes bets per customer request
• Display excellent customer service skills
• Maintaining and balancing cash tills and reconciling discrepancies

Qualifications and Skills:

• High School diploma with minimum of five (5) CSEC passes (Mathematics/Accounts and English Language are requirements)
• Ability to pass a background check
• Computer literacy which includes Microsoft Office Suite applications
• Pleasing personality and exceptional interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Organized and detail oriented to efficiently and accurately deal with customers in a fast paced environment
