Customer Relations Representative
Core Functions
The The Customer Relations Representative located at the Gardens ensures amicable interactions with customers at the Gardens (Mourners, Funeral Directors, Pastors and Visitors). The incumbent is responsible for resolving any issues that may arise, escalating issues that are not resolved.
(a) Specific Knowledge:
- Customer relationship techniques
- Cemetery operations
(b) Qualifications and Experience:
- Tertiary level education
- Three (3) to five (5) years customer service experience
(c) Responsibilities and duties include, but not limited to:
- Organizing the flow of burial processions into the Gardens and communicate expectations
- Directing/escorting mourners to burial sites/locations
- Liaising with Funeral Directors, Ministers and Mourners/Family members to resolve issues and ensuring a smooth burial process
- Assists loved one in locating vaults or confirming head stone installations
- Recommending to management measures to improve customer service at the Gardens
