Bakery/Deli Supervisor (Kingston, Jamaica) - Super Valu Group of Companies

 A vacancy is available for a Bakery/Deli Supervisor who possesses the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Food Service Management
• At least five (5) years proven food management experience
• Great organizational skills and ability to delegate
• Deep knowledge of the food industry and food safety 
• Customer oriented mindset
• Ability to communicate with all levels of staff
• Ability to do costing and inventory management control
• Food and recipe knowledge 
• Able to work on shifts, holidays, and weekends (when assigned)
