A vacancy is available for a Bakery/Deli Supervisor who possesses the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Food Service Management
- At least five (5) years proven food management experience
- Great organizational skills and ability to delegate
- Deep knowledge of the food industry and food safety
- Customer oriented mindset
- Ability to communicate with all levels of staff
- Ability to do costing and inventory management control
- Food and recipe knowledge
- Able to work on shifts, holidays, and weekends (when assigned)
