Sales Representative (North St. Catherine & St. Ann, Jamaica) - Cal's Manufacturing Limited

 We are seeking sales/goal oriented individuals to join the Cal's Manufacturing Limited team in the capacity of - Sales Representative for North St. Catherine & St. Ann.

The ideal candidate should:

Have a high level of integrity and professionalism.

• Operate a reliable motor vehicle.
• Have a proven track record of identifying new sales leads, building on existing accounts while enhancing client sales relations.
• Possess the ability to prospect, negotiate and close sales deals.
• Have strong verbal/written communication skills.
• Possess excellent customer service and organizational skills and be highly motivated with a positive attitude.
• Possess the ability to supervise Merchandisers on assigned routes effectively.
• Be able to work on your own initiatives and be results driven/oriented.
• Be able to maintain all accounts through quality checks and other follow-up actions.
• Have three (3) to five (5) years' experience in Sales or a similar capacity.
• Have an Associate Degree in Sales/Marketing/Business Administration.
