Administrative Assistant
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the General Manager. S/he is responsible for providing technical and operational support to enhance the productivity or efficiency of the office of the General Manager and to organize activities for optimum utilization of the General Manager's time. The incumbent will also be responsible for representing the General Manager as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
- BA in Management Studies/Business Administration.
- Certified Administration Professional CAP).
- A minimum of two (2) years' experience in a similar capacity.
- Research and prepare written responses on behalf of the General Manager.
- Conducts research and performs quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Develops project proposals; implements, monitors and evaluates various programmes and projects.
- Provides timely information and communication interpretation, handles and dispatches correspondence.
- Develops draft proposals, concepts and methodologies, technical/professional papers.
- Prepares speeches and make other presentations on behalf of the General Manager to key stakeholders, utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, e.g., PowerPoint software, as well as audio visual and multi-media equipment.
- Coordinates and facilitates inter-agency collaboration.
- Consults and advises Managers via written communication such as periodic technical reports/communiques and memoranda.
