Concierge Officer/Security Officer (Kingston, Jamaica) - 20 South Apartments

 Persons are invited to apply for the post of Concierge Office/Security Officer.

At the 20South Apartments:

• Monitoring of compound through the cameras 24/7 and addressing any threats to the peace and security of the compound. 
• Informing occupants of the arrival of visitors or deliveries.
• Addressing all building defects in a timely manner by recording the  information on the defects sheets and attaching the necessary pictures and video footage.
• Logging and giving access to service men and contractors enter in the compound.
• Acting as building supervisors at night.
• Monitoring and recording of all persons entering the compound.

Qualifications

• Five (5) C.X.C Subjects
• Training in customer service
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
