The Jamaica Library Service, an Agency of the Ministry of Education and Youth invites suitably qualified and experienced individuals to submit applications to provide organization development consultancy services as:

Organization Development Consultant

Minimum Required Qualification and Experience

• Masters Degree in Organizational Development, Human Resource Development, Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, public Sector Administration or relevant professional qualification for the position.
• Eight (8) to Ten (10) years' proven experience in Human Resource Management/Organizational Development at a senior management level.
• Demonstrated experience as lead/consultant in a similar role.
• Proven experience in Enterprise Risk Management.
• Excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills.
