Property Manager (Jamaica, W.I.)

 

A company with five (5) facilities island-wide seeks to employ a Property Manager. The ideal candidate should possess the following:

Qualifications and Experience:

• At least three (3) years' experience in the field.
• Diploma in Construction Site Management
• Have practical knowledge of facility maintenance
• Project Management experience and training would be an asset

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work on initiative
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Willing to work extended hours
• A team player with strong leadership abilities
• Own and operate a reliable motor vehicle
• Knowledge of Kennel Management would be an asset.
