The ideal candidate should possess: 

• Associate degree in Business Administration and Marketing
• Two (2) years experience at a supervisory level 
• Product knowledge awareness and cross selling capabilities
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Excellent team player 
• Budget awareness and good business sense

Ownership of and/or access to a reliable motor vehicle would be an asset.
