- Be able to communicate courteously and clearly.
- GCE or CXC passes in English Language and Mathematics or Accounts.
- Be computer literate, particularly Microsoft Office.
- Be able to work under pressure and display initiative.
- Be able to work late at night, weekends and Public Holidays.
- Possess a Food Handlers Permit.
- Be able to work at short notice.
