All successful applicants must:

• Be able to communicate courteously and clearly.
• GCE or CXC passes in English Language and Mathematics or Accounts.
• Be computer literate, particularly Microsoft Office.
• Be able to work under pressure and display initiative.
• Be able to work late at night, weekends and Public Holidays.
• Possess a Food Handlers Permit.
• Be able to work at short notice.
