Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:

• four (4) CXC/CAPE (including English and Mathematics).
• Minimum of five (5) years' work experience as a Damage Assessor/Estimator with experience in the automotive industry (bodywork in particular).
• Level 3 Motor Vehicle Repairs (Cars and Light Trucks): National Vocational Qualification of Jamaica/JAGAS Certification required.
• Owner of a reliable motor vehicle.
• Valid Driver's license.
• Computer literate
• Strong work ethic with superior customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Time management skills with the ability to work on their own initiative.
