Tropical Airconditioning & Refrigeration Co. Ltd. (Tropicool) is seeking a vibrant Receptionist. The receptionist is the first point of of contact for the entire organization, which requires a positive attitude and a professional appearance.

Job Summary

The scope of duties include but are not limited to: 

  • Answering and directing phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
  • Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner
Qualifications and Experience:
  • At least four (4) CXC passes must include a numerical subject
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience as a receptionist
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Possess excellent communication skills
