Tropical Airconditioning & Refrigeration Co. Ltd. (TROPICOOL) is seeking a Purchasing Officer.
Job Summary
Duties include but not limited to:
- Liaising with suppliers regarding order and shipments
- Preparation of purchase orders locally and overseas
- Manage the inbound logistics of all shipments
- Assist in coordinating the activities for clearance of shipments
Key Competencies:
- Effective time management and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly developed organizational and analytical skills
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
- A minimum of three (3) years experience in a procurement environment (local and international)
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and other computer applications
