Legal Officer (Kingston, Jamaica) - Insurance Company of the West Indies (ICWI)

 Applications are invited from qualified persons to fill the following position at the Insurance Company if the West Indies (ICWI).

Legal Officer 

The ideal candidate will be a practicing attorney-at-law with a minimum of three (3) years experience with:

• Excellent negotiation, meditation, interpersonal and communication skills
• Sound knowledge of Jamaican Laws including laws relevant to the insurance industry
• Knowledge of economic and social trends pertinent to insurance claims
• Sound working knowledge of the Rules of Civil Procedures
• Computer skills (that is, competence in the use of word processing and spreadsheet software programs)
