The St. Monica's Children's Home

The Diocese is seeking to appoint a Manager for the St. Monica's Children's Home which is a co-ed facility catering for boys up to twelve (12) years old and girls up to eighteen (18) years old who are wards of the state. The home accommodates up to thirty-five (35) children. The Manager is responsible for the physical, psychological, spiritual, security, health and safety needs of the residents, the supervision of service staff and the overall management of the facility.
Requirements:
- Tertiary level training in child development or related fields.
- At least three (3) years of work experience in a similar position.
- Training and or experience in administration and staff supervision.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Valid Food Handler's Permit.
- Police Record.
Applicants, preferably an Anglican, should be between the age of thirty-five (35) and fifty-five (55) years and should be able to operate a motor vehicle.
