Job Summary

An established Distribution Company is seeking to recruit a highly motivated, energetic individual who will be responsible for executing the sales strategy to maximize the distribution of Pharmaceutical and Consumer products within an assigned territory. The incumbent must be able to:

Duties and Responsibilities

• Accomplish targeted performance objectives on a consistent basis.
• Provide exemplary customer service/relationship management and consultative selling.
• Effectively communicate verbally and written, possess Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Identify, recruit and close new business in assigned territory
• Engage and build long-lasting relationships with customers.
• Enhance the image of a company brand in the market.
• Compile and analyze reports.

Qualifications

Interested Candidates are required to have a minimum of

• First degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar fields.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Two (2) years' working experience in sales and/or marketing or a similar environment.
• Own and operate a reliable motor vehicle and possess a valid drivers license.
• Proven record of success in direct sales.
• Be goal oriented with a positive attitude.
• Must reside in either St. Ann, St. Mary or Portland.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Excellent Time Management and Customer Service Skills.
• Must be computer literate and proficient in MS Office.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Ability to apply critical thinking and creativity.
• Detail oriented, pays keen attention to accuracy.
• Must be able to function independently and handle a variety of responsibilities under pressure.
