The Driver/Merchandiser has responsibility to deliver, collect, stock refrigerators and stands, and rotate pre-ordered products to Route Customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Resourceful, flexible and adaptable
- Sound knowledge of logistics and dispatch, preferably in Retail Distribution
- In depth understanding of warehouse operations and procedures
- Comprehensive understanding of compliance laws, regulatory and safety requirements
- Ability to multi-task with strong numeric proficiency
- People oriented and results driven with great interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization, planning and time management skills
- Comfortable and competent in the use of computers
Requirements:
- School leaving certificate with at least one (1) year experience driving large trucks in excess of 7000kg
- Licensed to drive motor trucks in excess of 7000kg
