Customer Service Representative (Inhouse Retail Sales) MONTEGO BAY

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (INHOUSE SALES )

• Home Finishing Producsts Flooring, Plumbing, ,Lighting Windows, Doors and More

Main Responsibilities, Qualification, and Experience:

• Develop new business sales opportunities and provide quality products and sales service to clients to maximize customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.
• Minimum of two years experience in sales and customer service.
• Diploma in Marketing or it's equivalent/Minimum five (5) CSEC subjects.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of the construction and designing industry would be an asset.
• Experience in marketing and selling Home Finishing Products such as Flooring, Plumbing Supplies, Kitchen Cabinets & Appliances, Lighting Fixtures, Furniture & Home Décor would be an asset.
• Must possess the ability to work efficiently & effectively in a fast-paced environment whilst ensuring quality output.
• Have the ability to work on own initiative and be creative.
• Excellent motivational and interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate orally and in writing.
