Customer Service Agents (Email, Voice and Chat)
Support Services Group is looking for customer service representatives to join our team in our Kingston, Jamaica office. This person will drive customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries, addressing pain points, and maintaining extensive product knowledge. This role would include email, voice and chat.
We are seeking Customer Service Agents for our inbound programs.

Must-Have:
- Previous Customer Service Experience: > 1 year
- Sales Experience > 1 year
- Call Centre Experience: 1 year+
- Customer Service Experience: 1 year+
- 3-5 Secondary School Qualifications, including English Language and a Numeric Subject.
