REQUIREMENTS

• Must be flexible to work any 9 hours shift within 24 hours.
• Education: High school/GED. Minimum 5 CSEC passes including English A and Mathematics
• Minimum 1+ years' work experience in a customer oriented and/or sales role
• Excellent communication and active listening skills, including the ability to speak, read and write fluently in English
• Computer proficiency, including ability to easily navigate and toggle between multiple screens, talk and type at the same time, and troubleshoot basic computer issues
• Minimum typing speed of 20 to 30 wpm
• Must be 18 years and older
